Refund policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.  To request a return or exchange, please contact us at support@daisiesoverfears.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error with the order.  Personalized, custom-made, and final sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping fees are non refundable unless the return is due to our error.
